Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

Who are you?

  • You are a trained property engineer, property manager, or have equivalent experience in an administrative role in the real estate industry
  • In-depth knowledge of property technical systems
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in administrative work
  • Experience with ABFF is a plus
  • Experience in invoicing is an advantage

  • Meticulous and systematic in your work
  • Structured, good at prioritizing, and sees the big picture in tasks performed
  • Good administrative skills

The position includes the following tasks:

  • Together with the operations manager and operational chief, you will work to ensure that we deliver what is stated in the agreements between CBRE and the client
  • Participate in contract follow-up and improvement work for client delivery
  • Support the KMA Manager in the systematic KMA work and during internal audits
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal routines and processes
  • Provide administrative support by monitoring prioritized orders in our work order system, etc.
  • Create and analyze reports for clients, such as operational reports and contract reports
  • Be responsible for invoicing in the current assignment

We are looking for someone who is passionate about administration and can independently drive administrative matters in the assignment, thereby relieving the operational chief and operations manager of these tasks. It is important that you are familiar with systems and can quickly adapt to administrative systems such as work order and financial systems.
